Colorado Springs DJs Pricing Guide
Colorado Springs DJs offers reliable, professional DJ services at clear, fair prices. We are not trying to be the most expensive option in town, and we are not trying to be the cheapest. Our goal is simple: provide dependable DJs, clear communication, and a smooth event experience at a fair middle-market price.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and there may be additional fees for travel and lodging outside of the Colorado Springs area.
Weddings
Includes up to 5 hours of DJ services, ceremony music, wireless microphones, custom playlists, cocktail hour music, dinner music, dance floor lighting, formal dances, MC announcements, and open dancing. This is a good package for smaller weddings or those that may only need ceremony or reception coverage.
Includes up to 7 hours of DJ services, ceremony and reception coverage, wireless microphones, MC announcements, dance floor lighting, music planning, consultation call, must-play and do-not-play lists, and live DJ mixing for open dancing. This package is best for full wedding days, larger venues, multiple sound system setup needs, or couples who need extra professional support throughout the event.
School Dances
Includes up to 3 hours of DJ coverage, clean music, pre-approved playlist, professional sound, microphone for announcements, and basic dance floor lighting. This package is best for elementary school dances, middle school dances, smaller student events, and simple school celebrations.
Prom / Homecoming Package — $600
Includes up to 5 hours of DJ coverage, clean music, pre-approved playlist, professional sound, MC announcements, dance floor lighting, and planning coordination. This package is best for proms, homecomings, formal dances, and larger school events.
Private Parties and Corporate Events
Includes up to 3 hours of DJ coverage, professional sound, music, lights, and wireless microphones. This package is best for smaller birthday parties, backyard events, casual celebrations, anniversaries and simple private gatherings.
Includes up to 5 hours of DJ coverage, background music, professional sound, and microphone support for speakers or announcements. This package is best for large parties, banquets, business mixers, small company parties, conferences, and professional gatherings.
Includes up to 7 hours of DJ services including, background music, dance music, MC support, speaker introductions, awards support, microphones, and professional sound. This package is best for large corporate events, conferences, public events, festivals, galas, and outdoor events.

Colorado Springs DJs is built for clients who want a dependable DJ, clear pricing, and an easy booking process. We provide professional sound, microphones, music planning, dance floor lighting, MC support, and reliable event coverage. Additional travel or lodging fees may apply for events outside the Colorado Springs area.
